CAT# is OP 7178 Lyric sheet and company sleeve are included. Obi is included, too. Sleeve has tiny scuffs on corners, some slight crease on spines and slight aging over all. Still intact. VG Record has many slight spindle marks and a few minor slight scuffs, otherwise not so bad condition . VG+ Lyric sheet has tiny writings and aging over all. Obi has split on back side, tiny scuffs on corners and a crease under front.
