CAT# is OP 7387 Obi strap is included. Lyric sheet and photo are included. Company sleeve is missing. 1,750 yen obi is very rare than usual. Sleeve has tiny scuff on corners, otherwise still intact. No split or tears. EX Record has a few slight spindle marks, otherwise not so bad condition . EX Obi strap has 2cm tears under right side and slight crease back side. Please check pics exactly. Photo is excellent, too. Over all excellent condition. Ad paper attached for gift.
